Preferred Method:
  1. Place 1 cup of the dairy free milk of your choice and peeled banana in a microwave safe bowl and heat for 2 minutes.
  2. Mash the banana into the milk and stir in the oatmeal. Place back into the microwave for an additional 1 minute 30 seconds.
  3. Stir and add the toppings of your choice! I like to add another splash of milk to 1. cool down the oatmeal a little and 2. make it a little watery
Blender Method
  1. Place 1 cup of dairy free milk of choice and peeled banana into blender. Blend and place mixture in a microwave safe bowl along with oats.
  2. Place in the microwave for 2 minutes and top with toppings of choice.
