Quick and Easy Peanut Butter Blosoms
Soft, crumbly, and a little bit chewy on the inside, peanut butter blossoms. Takes just a few minutes to make a big batch, and you can freeze the left overs for chocolatey-peanut-buttery goodness any time!

  1. Preheat oven to 375. Cream together the sugars and butters until fluffy.
  2. Add egg, milk and vanilla. Mix until fully incorporated.
  3. Add dry ingredients and mix just until the flour is fully incorporated.
  4. Begin to roll the dough into small balls. Each ball should be about 1 tbsp of dough. Roll the dough in sugar (optional) and then place on a baking sheet, lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes. While the cookies are baking, unwrap the Hershey’s kisses. Place a kiss on each cookie immediately after baking. Once all the cookies have a chocolate, remove from baking sheet and allow to cool.
